Here at Allied Care, we are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide exceptional support and companionship to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. This is more than a job, it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
• Supporting Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including light housekeeping and meal prep
• Providing companionship and supervision to ensure the client's comfort and safety
• Engaging in age-appropriate activities that support developmental needs
• Assisting with transportation needs as required (appointments, outings, etc.)
• Maintaining clear communication with families and our care team

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring heart and positive attitude
• Dependability and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with all ages or caregiving is preferred, but not required
• Must pass a background check and meet state requirements for waiver services
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
