About the Role
You’ll manage a caseload of Medicaid waiver clients in rural Southern Kentucky, providing traditional, PDS, and blended case management services. You’ll inherit aproximately 25 clients immediately, with the freedom to grow your caseload as new clients become available.

About the Role
You’ll manage a caseload of Medicaid waiver clients in rural Southern Kentucky, providing traditional, PDS, and blended case management services. You’ll inherit aproximately 25 clients immediately, with the freedom to grow your caseload as new clients become available.
Because the ongoing workload per client is light once admissions are complete, full-time status is typically reached at higher caseload levels than most case management roles.
