About Us:
Allied Adult is a home and community-based waiver agency who provides case management, attendant care, and waiver applications in Kentucky. We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team and help us maintain a smooth, efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure a productive and welcoming environment.
- Understanding of Medicaid and Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver is a plus.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Assist with HR-related duties such as maintaining employee records and helping with onboarding.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are adhered to and updated as necessary.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
