This is a newly created position, giving you the unique opportunity to bring your ideas to the table, help develop processes, and grow alongside our company.s one of our first leaders, you'll play a vital role in helping our business grow and thrive by:
Leading and managing daily office operations.
Developing and executing our annual operational plan.
Helping achieve revenue, profitability, and growth goals.
Providing leadership to departments including:
- Case Management
- Staffing
- Human Resources
- Client Services
- Home Care Sales
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
- Building lasting relationships with physicians, case managers, hospitals, and community referral partners.
- Monitoring department performance and implementing improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local, and company policies and regulations.
- Bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions that help our organization succeed.

Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Medicaid Home & Community-Based Waiver
- Veteran Care
- Pediatrics
- Home Care
- Private Duty
- Or a related healthcare setting
- Valid driver's license.
