We are seeking a compassionate, reliable in-home caregiver to support a participant in the Kentucky HCBS Waiver program. This role involves providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities, helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

• Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance

• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general tidying)

• Support with mobility and transfers

• Accompany client to medical appointments or community outings (if needed)

• Document care provided per program requirements

• Ensure a safe and supportive home environment

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
