About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate person to welcome new clients into our services. You’ll be the first point of contact—guiding clients and families through applications, answering questions, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist new clients and families with the intake process

• Help clients complete applications and gather necessary documents

• Explain services and eligibility in a clear, caring way

• Keep client information accurate and up to date

• Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth start to services

• Follow up with clients to make sure nothing falls through the cracks

• A warm, approachable personality

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Attention to detail and good organization

• Comfort with basic computer programs

• A genuine desire to help people access the care they need
