About Allied Care

Allied Care is a growing in-home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to clients while supporting and valuing our caregivers and staff. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to help support our employees, maintain compliance, and strengthen our internal processes.This position will be over our in home caregivers in (lousiville, lexington, Northern ky and Eastern Ky) 

Position Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and internal communication. This position works closely with leadership, schedulers, and office staff to ensure a positive and compliant employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting and hiring processes using ApplicantStack

  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation

  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements

  • Assist with background checks, drug screens, fingerprinting, and credential tracking

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns

  • Support employee engagement, recognition programs, and incentives

  • Assist with policy updates, disciplinary documentation, and terminations

  • Collaborate with schedulers and leadership on staffing needs

  • Maintain accurate records within HR systems and WellSky

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or office administration preferred

  • Experience with ApplicantStack or similar ATS is a plus

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  • Experience in healthcare or home care is a plus, but not required
